The volunteer firefighters from our local Station 82 held a “Fill the Fire Truck” food drive on Saturday, September 30th at King’s Independent Grocer, to support the Richmond Food Bank.
Thanks to the firefighters and our incredible community, 5 over-flowing grocery carts filled with food were donated, along with just over $1,400 in cash donations.
We are so grateful for the support from the community. These donations will help us to continue to support families in Richmond, Munster and surrounding areas.
